Congratulations on booking your photo session! To secure your spot, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice showcasing the deposit amount, along with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

To make the process smooth and convenient for you, the deposit can be paid with a credit card during the booking. On the day of your session, feel free to choose your preferred payment method - either cash or card - for settling the remaining balance.

We value your time and commitment, and that's why we'll promptly send a confirmation email with an invoice immediately upon booking.

 Cancellation Policy

*Cancellations of photo sessions will forfeit the deposit paid for that session.  

Rescheduling Policy

*Rescheduling due to weather concerns will be determined by PMN Adventures Photography.  In these instances, there are no additional charges associated with the rescheduling.  Any other rescheduling will forfeit the previous deposit, and a new deposit will be due for the rescheduled date.

Photos will be issued to you digitally by email to a private gallery of your session.

No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions, and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with low apertures, we sometimes take a few extra shots to ensure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so we spend hours doing that on our end. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. We might snap a few extras of these moments to ensure we have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With our expertise in processing thousands of images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best ones.
